Overview

MiQ, a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies, is seeking an Account Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Account Services department, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our key accounts via strategic partnerships and successful campaigns.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client-specific strategies in collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Trading, Data & Analytics, and Marketing teams.
  • Execute strategies independently or collaboratively, with support from the AM Lead, to drive client growth and satisfaction.
  • Pivot focus and priorities based on new information while maintaining a clear end goal.
  • Protect and grow MiQ's key accounts through upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for solutions.
  • Flex to meet client needs without compromising MiQ's interests, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with key accounts, scheduling face-to-face meetings, hosting events, and conducting business reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and their impact on MiQ and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualities:

  • 2+ years of experience in advertising/media agencies or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of working in a team environment.
  • Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising, with a background in Client Services, Sales Support, or Ad-Ops.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for learning and professional growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
  • Alignment with MiQ's core values and culture.

With a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience, we are committed to providing a compensation package that reflects your value to our organization.
