This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and experience with proven methodologies like Sandler to uplift our entire AE function. You will be a strategic partner to our customers and internal leadership team, helping shape our product to achieve 10x growth.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a talent for closing deals and achieving targets. They should have a proven track record in territory planning and outbound prospecting, as well as strong ability to partner and mentor BDRs and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive results.

In addition to a competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, Weel offers a range of benefits including an options package, birthday leave, and wellness leave to support mental health.
