We're seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our Sydney-based Business Development and Growth teams, driving expansion across the ANZ region.

As a critical member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for recruiting, pipeline generation, and coaching our Business Development and Growth Sales team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading team recruitment and growth strategy
  • Developing and implementing pipeline generation strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional regional leaders to maximize team contribution
  • Analyzing team performance and funnel data to identify inefficiencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development manager with a proven track record of overachievement
  • Experience in end-to-end sales roles with consistent overachievement
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and lead sales teams
  • Proficiency in sales tools, including Salesforce and Outreach.io
  • Passion for cloud, big data, and AI
