Strategic Sales Leader

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our Sydney-based Business Development and Growth teams, driving expansion across the ANZ region.
As a critical member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for recruiting, pipeline generation, and coaching our Business Development and Growth Sales team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading team recruitment and growth strategy
- Developing and implementing pipeline generation strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional regional leaders to maximize team contribution
- Analyzing team performance and funnel data to identify inefficiencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development manager with a proven track record of overachievement
- Experience in end-to-end sales roles with consistent overachievement
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and lead sales teams
- Proficiency in sales tools, including Salesforce and Outreach.io
- Passion for cloud, big data, and AI
