Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive proposal strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of high-quality proposal content, including technical solutions and cost calculations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Manage proposal timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality proposal results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and project management methodologies.
