Job Opportunity

This role is pivotal in shaping our impact on the world. As a key team member, you will be responsible for driving high-quality proposal development and management from kickoff through final production and interview.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full proposal lifecycle, owning all deliverables and ensuring a smooth process.
  • Foster a self-directed team culture by delivering high-quality materials.
  • Develop and manage pursuit organization tools, including schedules and compliance matrices.
  • Review and interpret RFPs to guide proposal development.
  • Capture meeting notes and action items, and translate client priorities into a focused capture plan.
  • Track progress, manage deadlines, and adjust priorities to keep the team on schedule.
Content Development & Quality:
  • Write, edit, and format non-technical proposal content for clarity and consistency.
  • Work with experts to write and visualize technical approaches and project understanding information.
  • Develop qualifications, bios, data, and terms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the creation of storyboarding, benefit statements, message development, and additional data to demonstrate aligned qualifications and differentiators.
Visual & Layout:
  • Format documents with reader-friendly graphic/layout skills, including intermediate InDesign.
  • Collaborate with marketing resources, data keepers, and layout artists.
  • Develop draft presentation materials and work with graphic designers to transform technical content into clear visuals.
Quality & Compliance:
  • Create schedules and time blocks to conduct reviews of content and graphics.
  • Monitor progress to meet internal deadlines and quality processes.
  • Coordinate with leaders to meet expectations of quality-driven materials.
  • Perform or request technical editing and compliance reviews for grammatical accuracy and alignment with RFPs.
Interpersonal Skills & Technical Aptitude:
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to brand guidelines.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work with diverse personalities.
  • Interest in transportation industry terminology and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign.
