We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Proposal Writer. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling proposals that showcase our organization's expertise and value proposition.

As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing high-quality proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of professionalism.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in writing and managing end-to-end tender or proposal responses, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, compliant, and persuasive submissions for government or enterprise customers.

The position can be based in Melbourne, Australia, with one day per week expected in the local CBD office. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
