The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in sales, bid coordination, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the proposal process.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from reviewing client requirements to preparing and submitting proposals on time.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant content is included in each proposal.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of all bid submissions, adhering to company standards and client specifications.
- 3 years of experience in sales, bid coordination, or a related field with a strong understanding of the proposal process.
- Excellent written communication skills, including strong comprehension and the ability to conceptualise and present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with advanced skills in pagination, styles, templates, and dynamic fields.
