Job Overview

This is a senior-level opportunity for an accomplished Bid Manager to drive the preparation and delivery of complex, high-value proposals in commercial insurance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in bid/proposal management and be accountable for end-to-end bid/tender processes.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex, high-value proposals with clients worth over $50k+

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of strategic content showcasing the brokerage's capabilities and value proposition
  • Craft winning submissions through collaboration with senior brokers, executives, subject matter experts, and marketing teams
  • Implement best practice bid management processes for continuous improvement
  • Support business development through increased conversion rates and professional bid delivery
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in bid/proposal management (insurance services preferred)
  • Proven success leading high-value, complex submissions with measurable results
  • Exceptional written communication and strategic storytelling skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience at senior levels
  • A proactive, detail-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
