As a Bid Writer, you will directly impact our growth and help shape the future of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, analyse, and interpret bid documents to understand client requirements and expectations
  • Gather and synthesise input from subject-matter experts to develop strong proposal content
  • Write and edit persuasive, tailored proposals highlighting our strengths and value proposition
  • Coordinate the proposal process from initial brief through to submission
  • Be the key point of contact for clients throughout the bidding process
  • Ensure compliance with bid requirements, guidelines, and deadlines
  • Continuously improve the proposal library, templates, and content based on feedback and lessons learned
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance proposal quality
About You

Bring the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in bid writing or proposal development, preferably in professional services
  • Proven ability to craft persuasive, high-quality proposals that win business
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to lead collaboration with multiple contributors
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinking to identify key differentiators and develop winning proposal strategies
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering results
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and foster a positive working relationship with colleagues
