Customer Relationship Specialist

NHP's customer service team is at the forefront of our business, providing exceptional support to customers. We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and help build relationships with clients.
As a member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service to our commercial client base
- Handling technical phone and email enquiries
- Working with our Omni Channel platform to process inbound inquiries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Maintaining records and documents related to customer activity
In this fast-paced role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to continuous improvement. You'll work in a collaborative environment with a supportive leadership team and have access to ongoing learning and development opportunities.
