
Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications, as well as experience in manufacturing or customer care.
Main Responsibilities:- Liaise with customers to resolve orders for goods, materials, and services
- Enter sales orders from customer purchase orders
- Provide quotations (internal and external) when required
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Monitor customer deliveries and manage credits
- Proactively manage customer orders from PO placement to delivery
- Create and maintain customer-specific reports
- Update customer dossiers and create new customers, ship-to, and bill-to records
- Communicate with internal teams, plants, and sales teams
- Raise and monitor customer notifications for quality issues
- Maintain customer pricelists and raise intercompany purchase orders when required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and telephone communications
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of manufacturing/transport logistic processes
- SAP experience
- Experience in Microsoft Teams and Service Cloud/Salesforce
- Passion for customer care
- Strong attention to detail
