Customer Care Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications, as well as experience in manufacturing or customer care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers to resolve orders for goods, materials, and services
  • Enter sales orders from customer purchase orders
  • Provide quotations (internal and external) when required
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
  • Monitor customer deliveries and manage credits
  • Proactively manage customer orders from PO placement to delivery
  • Create and maintain customer-specific reports
  • Update customer dossiers and create new customers, ship-to, and bill-to records
  • Communicate with internal teams, plants, and sales teams
  • Raise and monitor customer notifications for quality issues
  • Maintain customer pricelists and raise intercompany purchase orders when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and telephone communications
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of manufacturing/transport logistic processes
  • SAP experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams and Service Cloud/Salesforce
  • Passion for customer care
  • Strong attention to detail
