Customer Relationship Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

As a customer relationship marketing specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and revenue growth through effective retention marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and SMS, to enhance the customer experience and foster long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retention marketing campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify and create compelling offers and messaging that resonate with customers
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to maximize campaign growth and expansion into new markets
  • Research and source relevant content to communicate effectively with our customer base
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports

Requirements:

  • Retention marketing knowledge and expertise
  • Passionate team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with creative teams to prepare visual assets for campaigns
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong analytical skills
