Swinburne University is seeking a qualified and dedicated Enrolment Specialist (VET) to provide expert course advice to VET students on enrolment and study plan management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate student client services functions and deliver high-quality services to a range of stakeholders.
- Establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands, utilizing excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Provide advice and support to staff, students, and internal and external stakeholders, leveraging excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Analyse and investigate complex issues, making informed decisions and demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stay up-to-date with VE, Higher Education and foundation administrative process and legislative requirements.
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Significant experience in student client services functions and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality services.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of VE, Higher Education and foundation administrative process and legislative requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide advice and support to staff, students, and internal and external stakeholders.
