About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Admissions & Enrolments Officer to join our team at Builders Academy Australia. As an Admissions & Enrolments Officer, you will play a vital role in guiding students through the enrolment process, ensuring a seamless experience from registration to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students throughout the enrolment process, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Review and verify documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with students, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records within our student management systems, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to a dynamic team culture.

About You:

We are looking for a people-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for detail. You will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in customer service and administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence using student data systems, such as VETtrak.
  • Availability to work between 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
