We are seeking a highly skilled Placement Liaison Officer to join our team at Acknowledge Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with stakeholders to secure student placements and provide support and guidance to liaison officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate student support and evaluation activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Organize student information sessions, orientation presentations, and ensure liaison services meet compliance standards.
- Manage placement records, assess student performance, and identify and address any placement issues promptly.
- Comply with organizational policies and contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives.
About You:
- You hold a Post Graduate Degree or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, Psychology or related fields, with at least three years of relevant industry experience.
- You are committed to ongoing professional development with at least 20 hours annually.
- You demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are proficient in data entry, database management, and online learning platforms, with strong report writing skills.
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
