You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless enrolment process by reviewing documents, meeting compliance requirements, and offering ongoing support to students.
Key Responsibilities- Support students through every stage of the enrolment process, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met, maintaining accurate records within our student management systems.
- Regularly communicate with students, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
- Use your attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily and weekly KPIs and contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude. You will need:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- Experience in customer service and administration, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organisational skills, especially when working under pressure or meeting deadlines.
- Confidence using student data systems like VETtrak.
- Availability to work varied hours, including between 8:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
