We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to drive our people strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

Job Role:
  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance organisational capability, employee engagement, and cultural alignment
  • Maintain compliance with relevant employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreement
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
  • Oversee regional compensation processes, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and proposals
  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives
  • Support change management projects and the rollout of key HR systems and processes
  • Represent the business in EBA discussions and manage union relationships as required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, along with additional accreditations or qualifications in specialist functions
  • Proven experience in a senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Warehousing environment is desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Experience in employee and industrial relations, including EBA negotiations
  • Able to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the business
  • Commercial mindset, focusing on delivering outcomes that add business value
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and resilience
