Job Title: Human Resources Manager">

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished HR professional to lead our people agenda across Australia and New Zealand operations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and our global People & Capability team to develop and implement high-impact HR strategies that drive performance, mitigate risk, and support a strong and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of global HR strategies, adapting them to meet regional needs
  • Partner with leaders to drive organisational capability, employee engagement, and cultural alignment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, including workplace health and safety regulations
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
  • Oversee regional compensation processes, including salary reviews and benchmarking
  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives
  • Support change management projects and the rollout of key HR systems and processes
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, with additional accreditations or qualifications in HR specialist functions
  • Proven experience in a senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Experience in employee and industrial relations, including EBA negotiations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the business
  • Commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering outcomes that add business value
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
