Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead our HR team and support our retail business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their leadership skills and make a real impact in a dynamic environment.

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, providing sound advice and support to leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure effective investigations and issue resolution, assessing risk and managing escalations as required.
  • Embed consistent reporting frameworks to monitor and manage key HR performance metrics.
  • Build collaborative working relationships to achieve company objectives.
  • Deliver targeted training for people leaders, focusing on strengthening leadership skills.
Qualifications and Experience

We require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in generalist HR business partnering roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business Management.
  • Experience in managing employee relations matters.
  • Knowledge of employment frameworks, including the Fair Work Act and Workplace Health & Safety legislation in Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
