Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in generalist HR business partnering, with varying levels of leadership exposure.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and Workplace Health & Safety regulations in Australia.
