Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic planning, development, and delivery of human resource initiatives across a large organisation.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex projects and programs with cross-functional impact. They will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide HR strategies that enhance systems of work, HR capability, and organisational resilience.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing HR initiatives that improve organisational design, workplace relations, change management, and systems improvement.
- Developing and leading the organisation's HR strategic planning processes ensuring alignment with broader organisational strategy and operational imperatives.
- Supporting transformation initiatives including workforce planning, leadership capability development, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in leading HR strategy development and delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, workplace relations, change management, and systems improvement.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and programs with cross-functional impact.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.
