Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.
  • Strong knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
