Senior HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our organization. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with senior management to drive key initiatives and support the development of our people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Solutions: Collaborate with senior management to build and implement HR solutions that align with business goals, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.
  • Advisory & Support: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in performance management processes.
  • Talent Development: Drive succession planning and career development initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture. Your strengths include:

  • Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and influence decisions at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in performance and people-related initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate complex HR challenges, including managing employee relations and driving change initiatives.
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build credibility across the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven business partnering experience in senior HR roles, focusing on performance management, talent management, and driving organizational change.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
  • Proven experience in influencing at a senior level, always demonstrating your professionalism and alignment to our values.
