Job Overview

Pymble Ladies' College is a leading educational institution that values its staff as its most valuable resource. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day administration of our Pymble Swimming Programs, ensuring all customers have a positive experience within our Centre.

Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive rate per hour, estimated to be around $35-$40 AUD, depending on your experience. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive access to our Aquatic and Fitness Centre, free yoga and Pilates classes, daily morning tea, discounted school fees (where applicable), a dedicated Staff Wellbeing team, regular social events, and close proximity to public transport and onsite parking.

Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator will work within the Aquatic Centre, supporting the Customer Service Co-ordinator with general swimming and facility enquiries, using software to process bookings and payments for customers, and handling phone and email communication. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of allocated shifts and will work independently from time to time, requiring exceptional customer service and administration skills, ability to multitask and work to deadlines, intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, and an engaging and active team player mindset.
