Site Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at Busways Group in Pymble. As a key member of our Property Department, you will be responsible for managing the administration of properties and supporting the property team.
The ideal candidate will have general property administration experience and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications. They will also have knowledge of the property market and practical aspects of building and construction, as well as familiarity with the development application process and local government policies.
This is a diverse role that requires a strong attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills. The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain successful relationships with consultants, contractors, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the administration of properties and supporting the property team
- Assisting with administration of approvals for projects, including DA's, Construction Certificates, and Occupation Certificates
- Liaising with consultants, contractors, and various Local and State Government bodies
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and capital works for commercial and rental sites
- Assisting with searches for properties for prospective purchase to meet a specific brief
- Assisting with keeping concise records and providing regular project and property market-related updates
- Assisting with managing existing tenants
- Assisting with property-related financial reporting, including land Tax and insurance values

What We're Looking For:
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Holding a current Unrestricted Australian drivers licence issued by the relevant State
Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
