**About the Role**
Kieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics. We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our Pymble team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate client appointments and manage a busy electronic clinic diary
- Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass)
- Promote Kieser's products and services
- Conduct membership consults
- Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
- Answer questions and resolve problems for clients and team members
- Deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards
**Ideal Candidate**
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a client-facing environment, exudes positivity, and consistently delivers exceptional experiences. Attention to detail and superior IT skills are beneficial.
