**About the Role**

Kieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics. We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our Pymble team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate client appointments and manage a busy electronic clinic diary
  • Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass)
  • Promote Kieser's products and services
  • Conduct membership consults
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
  • Answer questions and resolve problems for clients and team members
  • Deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards
