About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Pymble Ladies' College's Aquatic Centre.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and administrative support, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This includes handling general swimming and facility enquiries, processing bookings and payments using dedicated software, and communicating effectively via phone and email.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. The shift pattern involves working Sundays from 7:30am to 12:15pm and Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 11:45am to 7:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently using dedicated software.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management via phone and email.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during allocated shifts.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.

Estimated Salary Range

$25-$35 per hour based on location and industry standards.
