About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at Busways Group. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administration of properties and supporting the property team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of properties, including coordinating repairs, maintenance, and capital works.
  • Assist with the administration of approvals for projects, including development applications and construction certificates.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate searches for properties to meet specific briefs and assist with property-related financial reporting.
  • Provide regular project and property market updates to the property team.
Requirements
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the property market and practical aspects of building and construction.
  • Familiarity with the development application process and local and state planning policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle complex matters with discretion.
