Co-Curricular Administrative Assistant

Pymble Ladies' College is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the Co-Curricular Department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for various programs and activities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for Co-Curricular programs, including preparation of materials and coordination of events
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Collaborate with the Co-Curricular team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and methodical approach
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
