About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SMB Account Executive to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SMB accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 300+ SMB accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with the Customer Success and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize high-volume calls, minutes, and demos to strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in an SMB or Junior MM role, with a successful track record of consistently closing $50k ARR deals.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficient in various sales tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics.
