The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within their designated territory. Achieving success necessitates a clear and repeatable sales methodology, along with experience in entering and expanding within new markets.

The Account Executive must comprehend their challenges and illustrate how Forrester can provide value and assist them in fulfilling their objectives. Building and nurturing relationships, as well as commanding a strong presence, are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas while ensuring net revenue growth for the assigned portfolio and clients.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline that is three times the value of the sales forecast.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental resources effectively across the Forrester ecosystem.
  • Focus on client needs during renewal activities and foster high-level client relationships.
  • Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts.
  • Utilize internal sales enablement tools and adhere to management processes, including contract usage and booking procedures.
  • Deliver impactful presentations following Forrester's standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and selling to technology firms.
  • Expertise in account planning and territory management.
  • Understanding of challenges faced by technology, customer experience, and security and risk executives.
  • Ability to forecast revenue accurately within a 30/60/90-day timeframe (with +/- 5% accuracy).
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with internal partners.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of business acumen and industry knowledge.
