Relationship Manager

This is a permanent, full-time position located at Community Bank Berowra. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting the end-to-end banking needs of our customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet the customer's needs. They will also have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
A high level of Banking Product knowledge, including Transactions Accounts, Insurance, Term Deposits, and Credit Cards, is essential for this role. Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a seamless Branch experience by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities.
- Explore customers' needs and circumstances and provide consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership by building strong relationships with new and existing customers and the wider community.

- A proven track record of achieving sales results through solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A high level of Banking Product knowledge.
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry (a plus but not essential).
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
