Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Relationship Manager to join our team at Remote Staff.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a low staff turnover rate by acting as a mediator between client representatives and remote workers. This involves handling a minimum of 25 accounts and resolving conflicts on a daily basis, identifying further staffing needs, and providing administrative assistance for GES trackers.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work-related experience

    • Effective communication skills - verbal, written, and customer-oriented
    • Ability to build rapport with clients

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is PHP 80,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
