Business Relationship Manager

TMGM, a leading online trading and investment services provider, is seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to join its team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing external relationships with clients and partners, ensuring effective communication with relevant teams, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
This role involves:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Organizing and streamlining client cases to ensure clear communication with relevant teams.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other external documents as required.
- Supporting the procurement or marketing team in handling tasks related to vendor relationships.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or beyond in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement, marketing, or relationship management is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn and improve.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
