Job Description
We are looking for a Reward Consultant to support the operation of reward processes and develop reward strategies and frameworks.
You will work across Performance and Reward teams, including broad-based remuneration and executive remuneration.
As part of this role, you will explore and apply AI tools in day-to-day work to enhance how we support the business.

Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate advice on performance and remuneration matters
Assist in designing and implementing performance, reward, and recognition frameworks and strategies
Support the delivery of cyclical reward processes, including the Annual Remuneration Review, and business-as-usual activities such as conducting market benchmarking and salary survey activities
Prepare and maintain data models to support reward analysis and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve service delivery
Develop in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward
