About This Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive reward strategies to drive employee performance and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and provide expert advice on compensation and benefits packages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and rewards.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies for reward and benefit initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
