Job Opportunity:

About the Role:

As a key member of our global reward team, you will contribute to delivering all aspects of this function, supporting an organization in attracting, motivating and retaining top talent.

You will partner with stakeholders in an advisory capacity, managing retention-related benchmarking, remuneration reviews and Board paper exposure. The role offers a mix of operational and project work in a well-paid sector with great benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver global reward and performance functions
  • Manage retention-related benchmarking and remuneration reviews
  • Contribute to Board paper exposure and preparation
  • Develop and implement effective reward strategies

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years' experience in broad-based compensation
  • Confidence in fixed and variable remuneration, job evaluations, benchmarking and remuneration range creation
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
