Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse remuneration packages for competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Suggest effective reward strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Evaluate compliance with Australian regulations and ASX listing requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in remuneration analysis, preferably in an ASX listed environment.
  • Data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
