Director of Reward Strategy

We are seeking an experienced reward leader to shape and implement performance and reward strategies.

This is a high-impact role where you'll build capability that drives success — today and into the future. As a trusted advisor, you will help align individual goals with business strategy, ensuring employees are recognised, motivated, and rewarded in meaningful ways.

  • Pioneer and drive total rewards strategy to support cultural and strategic goals.
  • Lead the annual remuneration review process and pay-for-performance structure.
  • Provide expert advice on salary benchmarking, market analysis, job design, and variable remuneration programs.
  • Earn Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Embed a pay-for-performance culture aligned to global frameworks.
  • Develop and communicate local policies and procedures.
About the Role
