Global Reward Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Reward Expert to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will collaborate with operating teams to deliver reward advice and projects.

This includes the annual remuneration review process, empowering diverse teams to shape possibilities in 31 markets across the globe. Our company boasts 56 years of unbroken profitability as a global financial services leader.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support senior leads in designing comprehensive reward programs, including key annual initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic process improvement projects aligning with business objectives.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • At least 4+ years' experience in remuneration and reward practices, preferably with international framework exposure.
  • Exceptional analytical and data skills, including proficiency in visualization platforms and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, influencing diverse audiences confidently.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into practical solutions.
