About the Role:

The Compensation and Rewards Specialist plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing compensation and rewards strategies across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global and local compensation initiatives for all relevant employee groups, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Support global rewards processes, including Annual Salary Review, budget planning, and salary structure updates.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and documentation, maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Recommend updates to compensation-related policies, procedures, and forms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze employee data and compensation trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR to consistently apply compensation practices, promoting a culture of equity and transparency.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with numerical abilities, combined with confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Subject matter expertise on market policies and practices, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze market data and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with applicable strategies and plans related to base compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, and job roles framework.
