Strategic Reward and Performance Consultant

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our performance and reward strategy. Your expertise will help us deliver accurate benchmarking across the business, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.

You will work closely with our HR and recruitment teams to deliver insights and guidance on salary survey submissions and international mobility initiatives. Your exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills will be essential in managing multiple priorities and maintaining composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate international assignments and ensure compliance with local approvals
  • Act as the local contact for internationally mobile employees
  • Benchmark roles using leading survey providers
  • Support the annual performance and remuneration review processes
  • Provide project management support for reward initiatives
  • Deliver insights and guidance to HR, recruitment, and business leaders
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with 2+ years' experience in Workday, international mobility, and salary survey submissions. You will have exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills, with a solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks.

  • 2+ years' experience with Workday - essential experience
  • 2+ years' experience in international mobility (highly regarded)
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
