This role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to enhance organisational performance, culture, and capabilities.
Opportunities for ImpactThe Senior Remuneration and OD Specialist will create and deliver frameworks that result in competitive, fair, and values-based reward structures. This involves leading job architecture design, job evaluation, and remuneration modelling as well as driving organisational development strategies that improve culture, leadership, succession, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include shaping change management, capability improvement, and workforce effectiveness initiatives; designing and facilitating workshops, training, and evaluation measures to embed OD initiatives and measure their impact; and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices while advising leaders on complex reward matters.
Key Responsibilities- Create fair and equitable reward structures.
- Lead job architecture design, job evaluation, and remuneration modelling.
