Overview

A highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive is required to join the dynamic team at Mainfreight in Melbourne. In this exciting new opportunity, you will be responsible for developing customer end-to-end supply chain solutions while driving new business growth through cold calling and first-time meetings. Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong desire to delight customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Generating new business leads through effective cold calling and first-time meetings.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue growth.
  • Providing regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and market trends.
