Head of People and Culture Role in Sydney Olympic Park

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our People and Culture function and team, partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive people, business, and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly at senior leadership level
  • Develop and execute comprehensive People and Culture strategies
  • Lead a team of HR professionals, including payroll and learning and development specialists
  • Design and implement goal setting and performance review processes
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies
  • Manage workplace relations and employment law matters
  • Implement organisational changes, including restructuring and organisational design
  • Manage engagement and feedback surveys
  • Oversee workers compensation and return to work processes
  • Manage WHS matters and reporting
  • Provide HR and workplace advice to field teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of senior HR experience
  • Experience in a similar organisation and industry
