Your New Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our HR strategy and ensuring the success of our people. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative HR programs that drive business results and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the development and delivery of career development programs
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Manage workforce planning and analytics
  • Provide expert advice on people-related matters and compliance
  • Implement and manage performance and development programs
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to navigate complex industrial relations environments
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and hands-on approach
