About the Role
This is a full-time position within a highly respected Charity where you will be an integral part of our vibrant team, providing essential support for our People & Culture initiatives. The role involves four days dedicated to the People & Culture Team and one day of administrative support to the Clinical Care, Risk and Compliance Manager in the Quality team.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Contribute to various People & Culture projects, providing comprehensive People & Culture administration support.
- Offer general administration support to the Clinical Care, Risk, and Compliance Manager, including data entry, report preparation, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Prior experience in HR administration or support roles, with qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Current Australian drivers licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
