Job Title: Head of People and Culture

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic People and Culture leader to join our team at HR Partners by Randstad. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective People and Culture strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute People and Culture strategies that align with business objectives
Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and external partners
Develop and implement organisational development initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking and reviews
Oversee workplace relations matters, including ER and IR
Implement organisational changes, including org charts and restructures

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of senior HR/P&C generalist experience
Experience in a similar organisation and industry
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
