About the Role

This is a full-time position within a highly respected Charity, where you will be an integral part of our vibrant team, providing essential support for our People and Culture initiatives. The role involves four days dedicated to the People and Culture Team and one day of administrative support to the Clinical Care, Risk, and Compliance Manager in the Quality team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Contribute to various People and Culture projects, including data entry, report preparation, and maintaining documentation.
  • Offer general administration support to the Clinical Care, Risk, and Compliance Manager, including data entry, report preparation, and maintaining documentation.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, allowing the team to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Clinical Care, Risk, and Compliance Manager, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Prior experience in HR administration or support roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields, with a focus on administration and support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, with a focus on employee engagement and well-being.
