Apprenticeships and traineeships play a vital role in the Australian Vocational Educational and Training system. They contribute significantly to the Australian economy by bridging the gap between individuals' career aspirations and employers' skills requirements.
About the Role
This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring new clients while expanding apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities through a proactive and consultative sales approach and effective networking.
Your key responsibility will be to understand prospective clients' needs and convert these insights into new apprenticeship or traineeship sign-ups, fostering long-term partnerships with Asa as a frontline trusted advisor.
About You
This position is well suited to an organised and self-driven individual who can work autonomously, thrives in a busy environment, and can build rapport with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven business development experience and success, ideally within the Australian Apprenticeship system.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders which includes but is not limited to employers, RTOs, GTOs, TAFE, and Employment Service providers.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve growth targets.
Benefits:
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
